What is SalesUtopia?
SalesUtopia is an agency automation business which sets up fully automated agencies for investors looking to print $50k, $100k, $250k in monthly profits, without lifting a single finger.
Where does the funding come from?
We work with nearly every major financial institution directly or indirectly through our relationships with financial brokers and banks nationwide.
What are the qualifications for the funding?
You must be a US citiz.en and at least 680 credit score to apply for our personal or business loan products.
In rare exceptions we can allow you if you have a registered US business through PayDex
How long does it take to be pre-approved?
Pre-approvals typically happen on the same day your credit report is submitted. If we need more time for the pre-approval, you will be notified.
Is this a soft pull or a hard pull?
Our pre-approval process is a soft pull. During this period, our brokers are simply reviewing your credit report. Hard pulls will only come when we start applying for loans, which is good. Hard pulls mean your funds are on the way.
Do I have to pay back the funded amount?
Yes it is a loan which you repay but, you can use the profits from the agency to repay back the loan.
How long does the funding process take?
The funding process generally takes 15 – 20 days from when you submit all of the requested documentation.
How much is the partnership fee?
We have different packages ranging from UK£50-250k. We don't expect you to pay this using your own money which is why we go through the process with our banks to get you the funds.
What documents are requested to complete the loan application?
Tier 1: Up to $150k, we need the following
No documents or bank statements needed. Just a 680+ credit score.
Tier 2: Personal loan up to $600k, we need the following:
1 > Picture of your Driver’s License (front & back)
2 > Utility bill with your name on it
3 > Picture of your Social Security Card (front & bank)
4 > Last 6 months’ bank statements.
Tier 3: Business loan up to $3M, we need the following:
1 > Picture of your Driver’s License (front & back)
2 > Utility bill with your name on it
3 > Picture of your Social Security Card (front & back)
4 > Last 6 months’ business bank statements
5 > EIN letter from IRS
How much is the revenue share?
Revenue shares vary dependent on the package but it's usually 50-50.
How does the billing work for revenue shares?
We send you a bill at the end of each week for the work done.
Who covers all the hard costs for the business?
The partnership fee will cover all the hard costs for the business
